Lead Teacher, Child Center – Full Time
Lead Teachers are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of developmentally appropriate practices of the daily program and the supervision of Assistant Teachers, aides, and volunteers as designated by the Child Center Director.

YHDP Housing Navigator – Part Time
Housing Navigators with the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) provide case management and resource navigation for young adults ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability. They also cultivate community partnerships and conduct targeted outreach to connect youth with vital resources and support.

Hillview Life Center Opening Winter 2025/26
YWCA La Crosse is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new childcare program at the Hillview Life Center — the first-of-its-kind intergenerational care space in the Coulee Region. This unique center will serve up to 60 children while sharing space with older adults, including those with mild to moderate dementia, fostering meaningful connections across generations and expanding the access of accessible, affordable childcare for families.
As we prepare for opening, we will be beginning our hiring and training process for dedicated childcare professionals, including a Cook, Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and a Coordinator in November.
