Restorative Justice Director – Full Time, School-Year
The Director of Restorative Justice is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of YWCA La Crosse’s restorative justice programming and for supervising program staff in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. This position works collaboratively with schools, youth-serving organizations, and community partners to facilitate restorative practices, provide training and education, and strengthen restorative justice and racial equity practices throughout the community.

Lead Teacher, Hillview Life Center – Full Time
Lead Teachers are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of developmentally appropriate classroom practices and for supervising Assistant Teachers and volunteers in accordance with Child Center policies and procedures. This position is based at the new Hillview Life Center and supports the region’s first intergenerational care model, fostering meaningful connections between children and older adults in a shared, community-centered setting.
